Spreads:
Charcuterie Cups: Paper cups filled with individual servings of cheese, meat, crackers, & assorted accoutrements. *Minimum of 12 cups*
Crudité Cup: Paper cups filled with individual servings of fresh cut vegetables & dip, hummus or dill dip available. *Minimum of 12 cups*
Brunch Grazing Table: A mix of fresh fruit, crudité with accompanying dips, buttery pastries, bagels paired with different spreads, quiche, and assorted accoutrements.
Classic Grazing Table: This is your classic charcuterie flat lay grazing board featuring cheeses (i.e. brie, manchego, cheddar, goat cheese), cured meats (i.e. different salami varieties, prosciutto), & crackers along with fresh & dried fruit, olives, nuts, and sweet treats.
Elevated Grazing Table: This spread includes everything that’s included in the classic board plus the addition of crudité (cut vegetables) and small floral arrangements. To elevate the overall look, the spread will be arranged on different boards and platters from my hosting cabinet!(silver, wood, brass, marble)
